So i'm a newcomer to flossing, and i'm wonderin why it took me so long to get here-it makes me feel so much better! Are u supposed to floss before or after you brush your teeth? I'm using Dentitix as i don't think i'd be too handy with the thread stuff. Is this still okay?

Lately I have been telling people to look on youtube for technique videos. Most people dont floss correctly there is a trick to it see here. I dont know what Dentitix is , is it a brand name of a flosser or thread holder? Either way any floss or tape will do, i prefer tape. So long as you use it correctly.

Thanks for that. The Dentitex things I use are thread holders, really easy of to use but I might switch to just the thread floss. I like the idea of using a minty one!
