charged twice

    ive been charged twice for an app in the app store that was fairly expensive ive sent numerous emails ect to try get it solved with apple but no luck? any one know what other way to get my money back?

    It happened to me and I emailed them, they took a while to get back but they did and refunded the over charging.

    who did you email? got charged a second time for a game called lost in time today, after buying it several days ago

    this sort of happened to me last year. it wasn't apps in appstore though it was trax on itunes.

    when you buy tracks on itunes and start downloading them, if there is an interruption in the download, when you go back on it should be there for you to click continue download. however when i tried to look for them they were nowhere to be found and i had to redownload them. i paid out an extra 12 quid so 24 quid alltogether.

    looked on apple ireland support. got an email. emailed them. they asked me to send them the email receipts for the purchases. looked into it and one week later refunded me the whole 24 quid.

    they did however say that it says in apples t&c that they are not responsible for any multiple downloads you pay for. i think because this was a 1 off incident they were very helpful and pls god they would be for you, but they want to clamp down on people scabbing them i think

    It normally takes a day to get a response, but they've never taken longer than that for me. Always very helpful when I do have a problem.

    i complained through the apple support for the game yesterday and all i received today was a receipt for the second charge!
    i didnt download it twice and this has been my only apple buy ever, it would put me off buying anything again anyway.

    Thanks guys after gettin nowhere with emails i rang them up and after that they refunded me the money they said it was a once off as the second purchase must have been accendental??? I dont understand how u cud buy the same thing twice and get charged twice amd it be put down to an accedent?! But its sorted now and got my money back :-)

    I just rang apple customer care wasnt much luck emailimg just used the report a probelm email o the website!
