Was Lollipop26, but she's taking a break from posting for a while, you should check out her old video's though.

Also Jessica Harlow is brilliant, her tutorials are really well made, no "hhhmmm" "eeehhhh" just step by step guides on makeup and hair.

She's more on the makeup "art" side of things as opposed to beauty but her tutorials are amazing. Also, she uses all affordable products to create her looks! Her looks are crazy and wouldn't be for every day at all but she's so bloody talented at what she does!!
