    im a 1st yr arts student doing a single philosophy degree with minors in geography and irish studies, wondering if i could change to do a joint majors with one of my minors from stage one in stage 2?..

    I'M PRETTY SURE YOU CAN BUT I'D GO TO THE PROGRAM OFFICE AND ASK THEM THEY'RE VERY GOOD AT SORTING THIS STUFF OUT.
