Here's the entry list. It's not on live tv unfortunately and i doubt there is any streams :(

    http://www.uka.org.uk/aviva-series/aviva-uk-trials-and-championships/timetable/

    Womens 60m

This is going to be one of the events of the weekend with Jodie Williams taking on the big girls, lets hope Brady, McSweeney and Whelan can all step it up a notch

    Mens 60m

Both Holmes and Colvert are on the start list but I'm not sure if either of them are fit to run?

    Womens 400m

Hurdler Michelle Carey competes over the flat as does Claire Bergin, Jeeny Meadows is the big name in this competing over one-lap instead of 800m

    Mens 60mH

Ian McDonald will go up agaisnt Turner and co. Northern Ireland athlete Ben Reynolds is also in action

    Mens 800m

Eoin Everard and World Junior semi-finalist Mark Patterson are in action here

    Womens 3k

Hazel Murphy takes on Helen Clitheroe and has the 3rd fastest PB in this straight final

    Womens 800

Ciara Everard in what is an uncharacteristcally weak womens 800m, Okoro the only big name there

    Womens LJ

Kelly Proper takes on Jess Ennis in what should be a cracking match-up!

    Womens 200m

Whelan has a very good chance of a medal here, she knows how to mix it with the big girls after Barcelona last year

    Mens 3k

Mulhare, Corcoran and Chesser all in action here

    Womens 60mH

No Derval but Mairaid Murphy takes on Jess Ennis in the spritn hurdles

    Mens HJ

Pender and Foroughi in action in what should an interesting competition, when on tyop form both lads have a chance of sneaking onto the podium as Parsons and Grabarz are the only big names there

Really looking forward to this match-up, with Ennis in top form at the moment but Kelly will give her a run for her money. Only a few cms seperated these 2 in January a repeat performance is on the cards. Think it will take in excess of 6.50m to win this one.

    Good Luck Kelly:D

Seems to be live on BBC1  but I've forgotten how that works for the ROI. Crazy day for sport tomorrow.

Looking forward to see how Brian Murphy gets on in the 400m as well. Since his move to the Southside I hear he's a new man.

Competition for the mens 4 x 400m team for Korea is really beginning to heat up.

Will there really be a mens 4x400m team in Korea after the Barcelona debacle? Somehow I doubt it but I hope I'm proven wrong

They need to take 6 runners; the way they managed it last year was so amateur it was ridiculous.

    any 6 from;

    Gillick
    Gregan
    Kennedy
    McCarthy
    Murphy
    Crowe
    Scanlan
    Ryan
    Hogan
    Maher

Jess Ennis pulls out of the Long Jump at UK Trials. Still a few 6.40+m jumpers in the comp so Kelly will have to be near her best to win.

Kelly Proper wins at the UK Trials with a modest 6.35m

Michelle Carey 4th in the 400m in an indoor PB of 54.15

Whelan 4th in the 200m in 24.25, decent from lane 3 and after four races previous this weekend

On the website for the World states qualifying standard is 3.04.00.

So I guess a team would have to run that time this season before being allowed entry? Seems quite a big ask!
