So, I've resigned from my job since Feb the first, and given my company one months notice.

I had to work a back month when I started, so am wondering what will they owe me the day I leave.

Ie, at the minute, they owe me my salary plus commission for Jan, sure to be paid at the end of Feb.
They have asked me to work my notice, so will owe me for this month too. Im wondering though, are they obliged to pay me for all monies owed the day I leave, and I don't have to wait until the end of March to be paid Febs salary.

Anyone know the ins and outs of this?
