    Hey everyone,

Does anyone have any dealings with 'easisteps'?

I've not heard of them at all. My advice all along with such schemes has been to not part with any money until you receive independent legal advice - that is from a solicitor picked by you, not suggested by the builder / vendor / intermediary.

There are reports of at least one scheme where all the money disappeared.

There are threads on here about the rent to buy concept if you have a search. At first glance the apartments look more expensive than those on the open Market. So you are paying a premium.
