E90 Clutch

Hi, Has anyone here had to change a clutch on an E90 318i? Very large shutter on take off and difficulty engaging first (although will slip right in if the engine is off). I assume its similar to doing an E36/46. Apparently they have a DMF, don't think its gone, is there any easy way to check these once the clutch is out?…

Hi,

Apparently they have a DMF, don't think its gone, is there any easy way to check these once the clutch is out?

Its a self adjusting clutch, so there's a part to be removed on the diaphram spring once its bolted down to the fly wheel.
