Using hypnosis to give up?

    Hey,

    I just wondered if anyone has tried hypnosis as a method of giving up cigarettes. My mother is a heavy smoker (40+ a day) and desperate to quit and I was thinking of paying for her to try hypnosis.

    Any advice would be great cheers!

    Well it did work for a friend of mine who was a heavy smoker and has never had a cigarette since, almost 3 years now. Didn't work for me...well it did for about 3 months. Expensive but definitely worth a try..thinking of trying myself again.
