SMW I-Series Problems

    brought my car BMW 1 Series to a garage in Jan to get it serviced, got it back all good so it was.
    week later cut out would not start brought it back to the garage, guy said the fuel pump was gone, got a new one for 463 including tax, got it back but he said there was other problems he said the Timing Chain was slipping on it and that he hadnt the BMW tools to set this. so i got it back of him and i brought it to a BMW garage told me the cyclinder was on on it and to replace it, it would be 7k

    What the fook, my jaw dropped, i only bought it 1.5 years ago. might aswell use it for scrap now :(

    Post moved to new thread as the last one was very old.

    OP, have you tried an independent garage? BMW will always be expensive
