Print Credit

I've not had to purchase any print credit since starting the postgrad as there's a printer in the office. However, the one we currently have is a piece of ****, and yesterday I used the last bit of credit I had on the campus account to print out something in one of the PC suites.

So - are there any of those lovely print credit machines still functioning around campus? I have neither a credit card nor the inclination to 'top up online' as I wouldn't trust an nuig website with a proper email password, nevermind someone's credit card details.

    edit: Found this
    "Buy Credit From Kiosks
Credits can also be purchased from Print Kiosks located in: the Print Release Room 125A, opposite the Arts and Science PC Suite in the Arts & Science Building, the front foyer in the Cairnes' Building and also in the James Hardiman Library." on the website but it hasn't been updated since August - anyone have any idea if they're still present/functional?

but yourself a hp printer & get your ink cartridge refilled when you run out. in the long run it works out waaaaayy cheaper than feeding 3/5 euro into print credit kiosks over a long period!

If you go to through the middle part of the library there's one in the last room on the left.

    I think

That webpage is correct. There's three kiosks: Ground floor of the Library (before you enter the nursing library), Ground floor Arts/Science Building beside the ISS offices and the Arts/Science PC Suite and finally in the Cairnes building.

Can you not select which printer to print from?

I'm doing a postgrad myself and get 200 pages free per week with the extra option of resetting it 4 times over the year. When the printer in my room wasn't working I simply selected a nearby room and printed to that.
