We need a new sax player!!!

Our saxophone player realized that he hadn't done anything for his phd in the last few years and quit all his bands. He's totally serious and wont be coming back.

The band is Noise Machine and we've been entertaining Dublin with our own brand of ludicrous dada circus rock for the last 8 years. This year we'll be recording and releasing an ep and i'll be producing and directing a music video which will feature bank managers eating a homeless guy alive. There's also always a gig every 3 weeks or so, usually thursdays or friday nights.

The downside to being in Noise Machine is we never make any money. However our sax player also left our 80s tribute band side project which aspires to play weddings by the end of the year.

We practice every saturday evening in Dublin city centre. If you play the sax and you want in on this action drop us a line and we'll arrange a relaxing audition. Sheet music will be provided and you'll also generally be provided with creative freedom.

Also if you know a good keyboard player bring them along. The time for expansion is now and you wont feel like the new kid in school.

Check our myspace but skip the song that has the most views. The other songs better represent what we're like at the moment.

I don't play the sax myself but this friend of mine does, check him out, he's pretty awesome.

He made a video of himself playing some tunes and put it on youtube in the hope of getting a few gigs. You can contact him through his channel on youtube. As you can see from the vids he is into the whole 80's thing also, he dresses like it's still 1985.

Its a shame you dont play. We could use someone with your sense of humour. I'd try to contact him but i'm pretty sure he isnt really playing it
