    The last video shows GNR loco 131 being moved from its plinth at Dundalk during 1984 - I'm in the brakevan or on the footplate - it's so long ago that I can't remember! Several lifetimes ago. Super 8 film was an expensive an unreliable bugger to use and you tell today's digital camcorder swinging enthusiasts.........

    OT I know but...

    £7.95 per 3 min roll in 1984 (including processing). A fortune back then. Only unreliable if you didn't understand the focus ring on the camera. No auto back then.:D I started shooting on it in '84 and still do occasionally to this day.
