Mini Fianna Failers

Hi has anyone else noticed in their constituencies the mini Fianna Fail candidates. Big poster campaign, nice large shot of the candidates face but very hard to spot a party allegiance on the poster, especially from a moving car etc. There has been a definite effort by this crowd to play down their Fianna Fail allegiance. In Carlow I had to get out of the car to check if Jennifer Murnane O Connor, a Carlow Fianna Fail councillor, was running as an independent. Shes not, but she certainly doesnt want us to know shes Fianna Fail. John Mc Guinness does something similar in Kilkenny. Funny with all the chat out of Martin that he doesnt want personality politics when his candidates are scrapping it out on their local persona, and playing down the "policies"(????) of FF.

I guess if I was a Fianna Fail candidate I would not want to be Fianna Fail plastered on my posters in big writing.
