How to re-confirm a booking with Citylink

    I booked a super single saver with citylink on the 23rd of Feb from Cork to Galway, I chose the text ticket option. The problem being that I booked this over 3 hours ago and have not yet received a text confirmation on my mobile. Is this normal? Does it normally take this long to get a confirmation. Was looking on their website but there is no way of re-confirming my ticket. Ive emailed them all the necessary details. Has anyone had to wait a while for a text ticket confirmation?
