Tesco car insurance, any recommendations?

Just wondering if anybody can recommend Tesco car insurance? Shopping in Tesco for the weekly groceries is one thing, but car insurance? do they have a proven track record? I have been with Eagle Star/ Zurich, etc for decades, but seeing as their premiums are becoming so expensive I was wondering if Tesco would be as good,…

Just wondering if anybody can recommend Tesco car insurance?
Shopping in Tesco for the weekly groceries is one thing, but car insurance? do they have a proven track record?

I have been with Eagle Star/ Zurich, etc for decades, but seeing as their premiums are becoming so expensive I was wondering if Tesco would be as good, for a much smaller annual premium.

Have had Tesco car insurance for a couple of years - not had to claim so don't know how good service is if things go wrong but it has been cheaper than Quinn, 123.ie etc. Also get the clubcard points etc...
