    Hello,
    I am just wondering I am 18 and just working part time 8 hours a week and I am only paid monthly so its very hard. I plan to go to college in September as i deferred me course this years as I hope to work this year to raise funds for next year but there ended up been no more hours after January.... Has anyone got an idea on what I could do....

    Couldn't say from that, but if you give a little more information someone might be able to give you an answer.

    How many days a week do you work? How much do you earn? Do you live at home with your parents?

    Ok are you living at home... are both your parents working... you can apply for Jobseekers Allowance but this is means tested ... your parents earnings will be taken into account... I presume from your age that you will not have a jobseekers benefit entitlement. More info from you would be appreciated in replying to your query.
