There's a banner above my account that usually offers a quote of the day, some news headlines, blah blah .. Today classified as a 'Recycling Tip':

"You can make a lovely hat out of previously-used aluminium foil."

Is this a joke? An insinuation that I belong to the 'tinfoil hat' brigade?
