anyone else having problems with youtube on UPC?

Whenever I want to watch a video in HD the timebar at the bottom doesn't skip ahead sometimes. Instead if I move to the middle of a video the red colour in the timebar goes all the way there even though it isn't loaded. Annoying it is.
