I heard there was a naked man running around the Kirwan Theatre today in the middle of an MIS lecture and he did push-ups on the desk before leaving.
Was anybody there??

I heard it definitely happened and the lecturer (male) was completely shocked. Wouldn't it be great if someone got it up onto Youtube?!

It was a 'publicity stunt' for SHAG week next week.
The lad in question has very recently tested positive for Chlamydia (which is completely treatable) and HPV (which isn't).
He's completely asymptomatic though, so the idea (and I'm not saying it was a good one) - was to raise awareness of the prevalence of STIs. About 1 in 4 students in NUIG has an STI, with half exhibiting no symptoms whatsoever. I would expect that the class were also informed of the "Piss in a Pot" campaign the SU are running next week, but perhaps not. The only comment I overheard in relation to it was some girl saying the guy had "a tiny penis".

The SIN Team would probably have misunderstood "spreading STI Awareness", had him go out and 'get de shift off sum beure' in CPs before riding her bareback to pass on the STI, along with the awareness.

It happened alright, one of our law lecturers was joking about it earlier. Then some knob from the Accountancy & Finance came in and interrupted the class trying to encourage us all to go to "the best party of the year" in CP's next week ... wtf like? CP's of all places!

I was in the class when he came in, walked around , did a couple of press ups and ran back out again !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! broke up a very boring class lol

Did ya run after him? I heard half the people in the lecture left to see where he went to next. And apparently he was making monkey-like noises? So far from RAG week too like...

SIN is an embarassment to this university.
I would have taken pictures and informed the gards for lulz if that was in my lecture.
