Is this website some kind of joke? Basically it has all the hallmarks of something thrown together by a bunch of semi motivated civil servants on their lunch. AAAAGGHHHH:mad:

It does what it says it does in my opinion.

It's up to the relevant city/county council to list the register for their area and ctr just links to the searching page on the coco website.
If you are not on the register then it provides you with the necessary forms to place yourself on the register if you so wish.

    ChecktheRegister is fine.

However, it routes me onto the GalwayCity.ie website.
When I enter my name and address it tells me I'm on it, but when I click on my name I get the following:

    <H1>Server Error in '/eReg' Application.

A potentially dangerous Request.QueryString value was detected from the client (id="qGr5/onPJvo=").

[FONT=Arial, Helvetica, Geneva, SunSans-Regular, sans-serif]Description: Request Validation has detected a potentially dangerous client input value, and processing of the request has been aborted. This value may indicate an attempt to compromise the security of your application, such as a cross-site scripting attack. You can disable request validation by setting validateRequest=false in the Page directive or in the configuration section. However, it is strongly recommended that your application explicitly check all inputs in this case.
