Need profile setting changed again - new modem from eircom is terrible

    Can I arrange that through this forum as opposed spending 40min going to various teams to get to Business Broadband Support?

    I asked the profile to be changed from 8mb/672 up to the current 8/1.1 up setting. That didnt work too well (connection dropping), then they reset it to 8/800up which was ok on the old modem, but sent out a new model and took the old one away. The new modem is crap, connection drops more, Attentuation somehow higher and speeds lower. And they took my working old one away!
