    Hey guys i have a very annoying problem that needs to be solved by February 15th since its i have NCT IMO(Retarded to fail NCT becouse of poorly functioning horn) My horn works ,but ! it only works when i have full lights on i have no clue whats wrong with it i was thinking of short circuit somewhere but where abouts ;/
    anyway the car i drive is VW GOLF mk3 1994 1.4l 3 door hatchback

    When the horn worked, did beeping it cause the headlights to flash? That's rare enough on a car in Europe, but if that was the case then it would explain in some part why it only works when the full beams are on.

    No the lights don't flash while beeping its just works when the full lights are on , realy weird ;/
