    Hi All,

    I'm a 29 yr old Irish girl looking to share the gorgeous two-bedroomed, apartment that I rent on James Street in Dublin with one other person.

    My flatmate has recently moved out. The contract is until June and most likely will be renewed after June for another year.

    The apartment is lovely. And you can certainly make it your own.. I'm not precious about layout or set-up of furniture etc.

    I work in UCd, I've just finished an M.Phil in Creative Writing at Trinity. I'd say I'm pretty easy-going, open-minded and generally very busy.. I'm looking to share with someone who is kind, considerate and fun!!

    The bedroom is priced at €510 per month.
