    Hi lads,

Just a qucik question - I have focus cayo 105 frame from 2009. I'm not 100% sure if this frame has BB30 standard. If so will I be able to put ultegra BB + cranks on that ?

    thanks

If bike has bb30 shell you can use an adapter to fit a non bb30 spindle.

I've seen on the net that people were using 105 or ultegra cranks. I presume they would be also using normal BBs from shimano.

I however had FSA cranks installed and the BB is this one on the side there is diameter of 24 mm. The reason I'm asking is because I have new ultegra on order but if I can't intall it then there's no point getting it in first place.
