Good restaurant for Valentines Day

I'm looking for a nice restaurant somewhere in central London for Valentines day. Can't afford anything that's really pricey. Don't mind what type of food either - English, Thai, Indian etc.. all fine. Any suggestions?

I don't know many places but this one's well worth a visit.
The pork puffs are highly recommended
