hi there. Im a clean guy but one thing i never do is wash my face (unless u call rubbing it with warm water in the shower washing!!)

anyway ive got about 20 little blackheads on the end of my nose. not noticible at all unless u wud be close up to me. i regulary squeeze them but they just wont go away. What face wash///methods should i try.

ive tried that clearasil stuff etc until sum1 told me that they were all just branded and a complete waste of money.

    thoughts?

I remember coming across a solution believe it or not it was a mix of oils. Aparantly some oils are a better cleaner than any product.

Some suggestions in creating your blend of deep cleansing oil:
    • Oily Skin: Try a blend of 30% Castor Oil to 70% Sunflower Seed Oil.
    • Balanced Skin: Try a blend of 20% Castor Oil to 80% Sunflower Seed Oil.
    • Dry Skin: Try a blend of 10% Castor Oil to 90% Sunflower Seed Oil.

    Don't squeeze!

It's sometimes recommended, as you're unlikely to hurt yourself or scar your skin by squeezing blackheads. The fact is though, unless you're a particularly skilled squeezer (which I doubt exists) you end up pushing some of it back further into your skin without realising. This not only keeps them coming back, but can lead to whiteheads and pimples and inflamed spots which are unsightly.

I do that regularly. It works very well on my slightly oily skin, though if you have very problematic skin I'd say you'd have to do it a few times (not on the same day).

just buy a facial scrub tesco do an own brand one or if you want to spend more ROC for men or nivea do them too. Use this in the shower every second day concentrating on the area u mentioned you should see an improvement in a couple of weeks..they don't go away after a few days
