    Hi,

Does anyone know of anything upcoming developments in Smithfield in terms of new businesses? There seems to be planning permission granted for the ground floor of Block C for retail/restaurant and the block that used to be Park Inn. Seems to be quite a bit of work going on in there.

Getting pretty dead around there with the closures of Park Inn, Bel Cibo & Chartbusters.

    Cheers!

Would you open a business beside that scumbag "childrens court", having lived in Block C for many years I have seen the effect that place has on Smithfield. The whole area has turned into a right dump.

There's some development going on in one of the units in block B also. It's the one on Haymarket where the Xmas trees were being sold from. Not sure what it is though.

That can't be true, Cyprian told us on Six-One last night it was a Fianna Fáil success story.
