What is the best place to conduct private voice lesson in north side Dublin?

I'm trying to figure out where to teach my private voice lessons. I am unable to teach them from home. I'm looking for a nice room with a piano but in the north side of Dublin and preferably cheap enough to hire per hour. Any suggestions or ideas?? Thanks!!
