    Best of luck with it! There's a serious lack of shhhka in this country. You could also try posting on http://screamformegalway.proboards.com - full of punx and ska-lovers.

    Speaking of ska, have you heard Pocket Billiards or Aggressors BC? Both from Belfast, and they're amazing!!

    Hi I'm a guitar player in Galway and your post caught my attention. You reminded me that I liked Ska , but sort of forgot about it a bit! Saw the Specials in the Eighties, a great night.

    Would you be interested in exploring the idea sort of a country punk band (AKA cowpunk) mixed with ska be interesting? I'm not talking about MOR country - check out Youtube Jason and the Scorchers White Lies. Loud, raucous, and [FONT=verdana,geneva,lucida,'lucida grande',arial,helvetica,sans-serif]FUN![/FONT] I have a fair bit of experience but have been off the road for a while and want to kick ass! Plenty of songs, plenty of ideas. You never know, it might work. Let me know what you think
