    Hi
I went on a little tour of Castletown on Saturday last and had a bit of trouble finding some of the locations used in both the TV and YouTube series.

    We found the
    Ball alley
    Location of Zambezi Nights
    Golf Club
Railway bridge used very early in the first Youtube scenes
Alleyway the Viper came out of in the skyline 'Observe Me Durkan'

What we could not find however was the following
The house - we must have driven down every road in Mayo looking for it. Anyone know where it is ?

The Boos office - Where he gets into the Van to go to the airport in the second TV show
We drove all over town and there was no place that look like it, where is it ?

To solve the unemployment problems out of work builders should be posted at every entrance to Swinford selling maps of Hardy Bucks locations.

The outside scenes of boo's office was actully filmed in kilkelly beside the bridge heading out towards the bypass, not too sure where the inside scenes were filmed.

    Thanks

Drove through Kilkelly on the same day and though maybe that could have been a location.

Typical, we went down every by-road the town side of the by-pass and then headed for Claremorris via Kilkelly , dejected that we had not found the cottage

I just now went from Swinford to Kilkelly on the R375 using Google maps street viwe and I still cannot find it.

Hi folks, sorry to resurrect an old thread but I'm having trouble finding the cottage. We drove the swinford to kilkelly road today twice and couldn't see the house or the turn off to get to the cottage, can anyone help as to the exact location-were we on the wrong road? Thanks!

Take the turn off for Charlestown a few miles outside Swinford on the N5. Then just take the 2nd left after Culmore school, or the left before Duffys tyres.
