    Hi all,

A friend of mine has a fishing shop in town. He has been asked if he would be opening an airsoft section. Does he need a licence/permission from anyone? Can he import without any trouble? Will he have to join the IAA or any other group?

    Thanks for any advise/info.

    Regards, Chem

Best thing is to contact the IAA for advice. There are legal requirments to be met - some of which are Gardai permission, mixed sales restrictions and location...

Here is not the best place to ask - what you dont want is uninformed, unfactual based opinions, forming the basis of your business plan.

    Best of luck
