Interesting article about ultramarathoner from Ennis

This caught my eye because I'm from Ennis and know the Clare Crusaders (those guys with the orange shirts you see at all the big races) well.
There's hope for us all!?

Great stuff. A 2:38 on the back of just a couple of years running is great going. 190km per weeks is some serious mileage.

hes an inspiration to us all..clare crusaders is a brilliant charity to run for..have run for them myself in the past

If I am not mistaken it also was his first marathon as well. He won the cliffs of moher half marathon this year as well long overdue the win. He is a nice guy and always give's a wave and a smile when he sails passed me on the roads of ennis.
