TV3 debate live on the web

Hello, I will be in Belfast for the TV3 debate and I know the internet speed is too slow for watching RTE live and even the RTE player doesn't work well since that streams. Does anyone know if the TV3 live feed is one I can let buffer for 20 minutes or something and then watch it all uninterrupted? I am fairly reliably…

Hello,

I am fairly reliably informed that the internet speed where I am is less then .30 Mb/s download and a similar figure for upload.
