Just so ye know, I got an email yesterday telling me I had progressed to the first round and have a week ish to do 3 aptitude tests before the next round

Thanks for this info! I bypass the tests because I did them for the EI G4IG programme process back in Oct. Not guaranteed an interview or anything like that, just don't need to do the tests again. Good luck with them!! Lets hope interviews follow...

Yeah, I'm in the next round as well. Slightly surprised we have to do the online assessment so soon, but I guess it'll be good to get it out of the way. Fingers crossed!

No idea when we'll find out. Doesn't look like it's going to be this week. Maybe next week? Would love to know soon. Not sure about the salary either. Though I think it's relatively good.

Hi, I got an email there during the week about the next round. Has anybody else gotten one too???Also does anybody know how many jobs are actually on offer this year?

Congratulations on getting into the next round. I haven't heard anything yet. I can only imagine that they'll let us know either way though, but I guess if I haven't heard anything yet, my chances aren't looking too good!
    Do you have languages?

I read somewhere (on the website i thought) that they're taking 15 people.

    Thanks.
At least that means I can relax on checking my emails etc.. I thought we would hear sooner.

I didn't pick any particular location but am restricted because I dont have any languages.

What did everyone think of the assessment centre? I have to say I enjoyed the process.

I was at the assessment day last year.

Basically there's a few different assessments throughout the day with everyone given a different running order of when each assessment takes place. The assessments we had were:

    1. Online psychometric tests just like the ones you can try on the internet
    2. A task where you had to write an email to an imaginary person with a review of the past year. We were given a detailed report and you had to pick out the main points and summarise them in an email in 30 mins.
    3. A face-to-face interview with a hr person and another employee (possibly management). This started off by us giving a presentation based on a case study we were given beforehand and then after that just your typical interview questions.
    4. And finally a group assessment where we were put in a group meeting situation and given the task of choosing who the top 3 candidates were for a job based on their CVs which we were given.

Try to arrive early and get to know some of the other candidates. I found that chatting away to them helped me relax and the whole day didn't seem so daunting then.

    Hope this helps!
