Major problems burning audio cd

Heres a weird one. I set up a playlist of tracks to burn via Media Player. Only the first 3 burned though, except for once when I fluked it but dunno how. Any ideas?

I wouldnt burn from WMP.. I use a free burner http://cdburnerxp.se/en/home

When it fails, does it always fail on the same file.. are you using the same CDs?
