I got a few quoates for windows for house and <snip> are €4500 for double and €7500 for treble both + vat. <snip> are €7500 for double and €8500 for treble inc vat. im swaying towards <snip> as they have a good name,anybody have either window?? Also would i be aswell to go for the treble,i dont like the idea of rays from the sun not being able to get in and maybe condensation on outer layer. u value for <snip> double is 1.4 and treble is 1.0. <snip> is 1.4 double and .7 for treble.

You might want to ask if those u-values you've been given are for the whole window (glass and frame) and not just the glass.

So you have two quotes, from different Companies , both called Snip.

You are looking for advice, you also have U value detail, also from two companies, both called Snip.

Seems loke a reasonable post looking for advice.

I suggest you re-post original detail in the Costs/Prices section where you are allowed to name Companies and seek advice, and perhaps there the Mods will not Kill your post.
