An Academic Statement is a short document that displays the years registered, the degree awarded, your overall grade and conferring date. There is a fee of €10 for two original copies which also includes the cost of postage. Statements are signed by the registrar and each page is sealed with the university seal. Statements are issued in hard-copy only and not electronically i.e. via email. A statement does not give a breakdown of your modules and results, if you require full breakdown of results Academic Transcripts would be better suited to you.

    http://www.ucd.ie/registry/adminservices/studentdesk/index.html?show=statement

Are you sure you just want a statement of results, or do you want a transcript? By following the link you can view the various options.

If you are a current student and just go into the tierney it's free as far as I know.

OP could have graduated and still be a student.

Still utterly irrelevant to the question asked by the OP

But enough to cover his ass from "reading fail" comments.

It doesn't specifically state that they are an ex-student.

Being the pedantic Paddy I am, I'll wade into the reading fail thing....

I imagine the OP is not in UCD. Otherwise they would not call themselves an ex-student.

However, depending on how recently they got their results, they may still count as a current student. If you got your results on the 4th Feb, you may still count as a current student. Anyway, just follow the advice in the link I posted above and check with the student desk if you can get it for free if you did just finish on the 4th Feb.

Emmm...ok, I graduated September 2009, so I am an ex student and therefore will have to pay.

Also your right, it is a transcript I'm looking for so what price range are we talking?

€22. As I said in the post above, follow the link I posted to find out about transcripts (including the price). On the left hand side in the link I gave, there is a Transcript option, click it and you'll get everything you need to know.
