Do a search in this and the Entrepreneurial & Business Management forum for listings and classifieds sites reviews. Many of the pointers in those threads will help you identify issues.

The logo could be a lot better, it doesn't communicate anything about the service and doesn't contribute to building a brand identity. A better logo would help build excitement in the idea.

As a consumer, when I go on to the home page and see brands such as Tesco, Superquinn etc, it makes me think that you aren't actually giving me any spectacular deals that I couldn't get for myself just by going down to the supermarket that I'll be going to anyway. To give websites like this my business, I need to feel that they have done a lot of work in setting up the very best deals that I couldn't obtain as a lone consumer. (ie like Boards Deals, City Deals or whatever else). There's nothing to suggest the actual value of using your site, and it looks like it's on the way to just becoming another directory listings site.

There's no clear call to action on the product pages. What do you want people to do? I'm looking at a kids Yoda robe, but what should I do if I'm interested in it? Can I buy it there and then? Do I have to make a note of it and go to the physical store? Can I buy it online on another site? When I click the link to go to the Sellers website, it just links to their home page and not their page for the specific product. The path of user interaction is very unclear and will just cause frustration.

Thanks for taking the time to comment Cianos. We have certainly taken some of your points on board and will be making some changes as a result. To be fair, I also take the point you made about the fact these offers can be found elsewhere. The thing is, we have taken the effort out of looking everywhere else for them! The idea being, if you want to know whats half price or less in Ireland, we have it all under the one roof.
Thanks again for your input. Appreciate it!

Your numbered links at the end of each page don't appear to work,
Cant scroll to see page two or three etc.

also plus 1 on the if i want to buy it what do i do?
I also clicked on the create an account and it appears to be for retailers only.

That massive image is taking up far too much real-estate, it's of little or no value to you or site visitors, you're selling products and that's what your visitor should see when they hit the site. Same with your Flash marquee, move it under the products. Between the two of them all I can see is one product when your homepage loads.

It will be interesting to see how this: http://www.mattcutts.com/blog/algorithm-change-launched/ affects sites like yours in SEO terms

Just an idea but I think you should include a favicon(image that is displayed beside website name in tab) for your site. Maybe like your logo or something.
Its only a small thing but just something I picked up on. Best of luck with the site.
    Thanks,

Your postal address is buried in the T&Cs an the FAQ. It should be more prominent on the site for B2C trust. I'd put it with your RBN in the footer of every page and on the contact page.

    Also no 404 page
