Hello Guys

I hope some of you can offer some help, I have been selected to do an aptitude test and a Customer Relationship Management test for an american health insurance / provider.

Over the phone I was told it was split into these 2 parts listed above carried out over 1 hour. The call mentioned "52 questions to be answered within 12 minutes".

I was wondering if anyone could offer advice on these, it would mean alot.
