Fun, arty + gay friendly house seeks new resident(s)!

The room:
Large warm room, could be suitable for a musician or artist. It is the extension of the house and has its own bathroom. Because the room is at the back of the house you can make as much noise as you like. The room also has a couch which makes it ideal for entertaining as well. Currently there is a single bed in it but a double can be arranged no problem.


The house:
We are 2 students in NCAD, 1 student in UCD and 1 student studying art in Ballyfermot. The house has 2 sitting rooms. It is 20 minute walk from town, 5 minutes on a bike, 10 minutes on the bus. We're served by the 46a, 39a and the 39. Only a few minutes walk from Phoenix Park and we're 3 minutes away from Stoneybatter Tesco, which has the best reduced section known to man.


This house would be ideal for someone in their 20s, possibly studying in Dublin too, but is laid back and up for a bit of fun. We enjoy watching films and baking lovely food, as well as having the odd party.
