Hi, Was running a soletradership for a few years. Brought in a business partner and set up a company. Initially I was the only shareholder. Now need to issue shares to him on a 3 tranche basis. Hi,

Was running a soletradership for a few years. Brought in a business partner and set up a company. Initially I was the only shareholder. Now need to issue shares to him on a 3 tranche basis. Shares are being issued through the company, not transferred by me.

Anyone know what to do in terms of CRO, revenue, etc. I'm sure there are companies who would charge me a ton for what is essentially a bit of paperwork. Just looking for a DIY solution.
