Right so i bought a phone privately. But under law its a bit messy to transfer the original phone warranty to another as the item was sold was only originaly intended for the original reciever. And i only got one reply from HTC and none from the seller after regarding transfering the warranty.

So im thinking to get insurance but i think the only place i can get it done is Fonemenders? Dont want my phone in their hands though.

I went to CPW but they wont insure a phone that wasnt bought from them.

Is there any other place to get phone insurance?

You don't need to transfer the warranty, if you've a problem with it send it up to fonemenders through a phone shop and they'll repair it if it's under warranty.
Sometimes you may be asked for the receipt but usually not.
