Hi all, Does anyone have any information on how to go about opening a bakery? My mother in-law is absolutely amazing with baking and has the skill required. But what health and safety certs, etc would be needed to openin a small shop. Or maybe someone has infomation on necessary equipment for a small bakery? Would be…

Hi all,

Unless your MILL wants to get up at 2am every morning then perhaps selling her cakes etc into local shops may be a better option.
