Bad use of page space with waffle above the fold. Should be something like 4 popular videos. Compare to break.com.

Video previews not thumbnailedd = too big.

Dump the dumb fish thing.

Garish background.

No ratings.

Just a load of not particularly funny videos. Have a look at other 'wasting time' sites for ideas.

Instead of always putting up videos you should try and find funny newspaper articles or stories in Ireland or round the world try the tabloids they usually have some crazy stuff in them.It's better to look at and is adds a bit of variety.
