    Hey!

I am looking for some advice about London. I was over there last week interviewing for a job which has a 20 mth contract. Obv I am concerned that after that I would be back looking for a job, but think it would open alot of doors for me if I worked it well. As I am very interested in moving over to London, mainly due to the fact that I am struggling to get work in Dublin depsite 12 yrs of owning my own very successful business and a further 2 yrs of bringing in very good numbers for a security company.

My question is, does anyone have any good recommendations for sales recruitment agencies in London? Any thoughts on taking the plunge and mpving over for a month or two and spending that time meeting agencies, etc?

    Thanks a mil

    R

What is your specialism? Is it field, desk, or BD??

What sector are/did you work in?

Where in London are you looking? I might be able to help further...

If you have the offer of the 20 month contract you should take it. Your probably going out of ye're head not working in Dublin. Maybe think of the contract job as a stepping stone and a job to sort you while you get used to the city and look at whats available work wise.

Based on what your saying re your background, i sounds like this move could be the springboard you need. Took me about 3 months to find the job i really wanted in London once i started looking. Difference being that in that time I had several interviews and turned two offers down...whereas in Ireland at the mo........!
