updating account with e-flow.?

    just a quick question. was trying to add a car to my account which i bought last july. when i try this it says plate is already registered?
    is this to do with the prevoius owner/ and what can i do as i have no way of contacting them as it was a private sale. can eflow do something?
    any ideas?

    Sure some one else is paying your tolls! You'll have to ring e-flow.

    Anyone know how long they take to recognise newly registered cars? It claims my car doesn't exist!

    Hi, from what you’ve said above, it would seem that your licence plate number is currently registered on another account. This means that the ownership details of the vehicle have not been updated or, that the previous owner of the vehicle has not yet removed it from their account. If you call us on 1890 50 10 50 we will help to sort this out for you and add your new vehicle to your account. Hope this helps, thanks.

    many thanks for that e-flow.

    gave eflow a call and they contacted the previous owner who had not cancelled
    the reg since last july from there account. 2 min phone call. result.
