    I don't think so. Pretty sure it's just port 80 stuff it allows.

    VPN with something like Hamachi might be an option.

    Running SSHd on port 443 is a good option. 443 is generally always open because it is used for HTTPS.

    80 and 443 are the only two open.Plus the usual mail ports. Use 443 as it's definitely allowed.You might have a problem resolving your home server however, mine won't resolve through the proxy.UCD.ie

    nmap server

    Filtered means no connectivity, possibly as a result of blocking. In this case definitely.
