Stewards Palmerstown Gym & Pool?

I want to join a gym (with a pool) in the Palmerstown (or Lucan) area (somewhere I can access basically) Stewards seems best, is the gym and the pool in the same building? I've been to the pool in the past, but never the gym..What's the gym like there? Is it always packed etc? Anything else? Thanks :D

the clarion at Liffey Valley has a good gym and pool would rec it

Liffey Valley gym is a good gym, 33 m pool, a full floor to weights and another floor to cardio.

300 a year for membership too!

am a member of this gym.. can be busy esp weekends but staff are nice, generally clean and love the long pool.. also on the may bank hol weekend last year i got full membership for 250:)
