What to wear with this dress?

Hi I got ordered this dress in red on Asos, expecting delivery on Wednesday.

Just wondering what others would put with this dress i.e shoes, jacket, bag, would you wear tights? hair up or down?

I'm 5'7, size 14-16 with dark hair .

I love black with red. Nice black heels and a cute little black clutch! I wouldn't wear a neck piece with the neck of the dress being so high.

If you've got a tan it would look lovely with no tights, or you would wear black tights, maybe with some design on them. There's nice ribbed ones in H&M that I think would look nice with that. I think that black and red or even white and red always look great together. It's a stunning dress, great bargain!

I'd wear either cream/brown instead of white/black with it. I think white would contrast with it too much personally.

as above poster said, fake tan or id go for opaque tights, you wouldn't want much detail in tights as you want focus to be amazing red dress!

id also wear gold jewellery with it, maybe a nice pair of drop down earrings.

id wear hair down or half up half down. tres chic dress btw!

Would nude shoes be nice with black jacket or black shoes and black jacket be better?

I was thinking a cropped black jacket with it, maybe leather? Any1 see any lately?

I will prob cover my legs with sally hensen, personally not mad about patterned tights. Black tights might make it a bit old fashioned?

That dress is STUNNING - and so great for accessorising!

I'd try simple black stilettos, a little black clutch and maybe some pearl/diamonté accessories!! The dress is such a beautiful piece, you could really do simple accessorising!

Nude and black are gorgeous together, and for a jacket you could also consider a longer type? Like....

I think this dress would look best without covering your legs - especially if you're indoors anyway! Or even try a sheer nude tight, just to add a little insulation without any strong colour change.

What kind of make up are you thinking?? Brown/black smokey eye would be so beautiful!

Regards jewellery, if you have a warmer skin tone gold and bronze can be extra flattering! (Obviously, both silver and gold can be good on anyone!)

I love the dress too, I'm so glad every1 else feels it!

The reason I was thinkin of a cropped jacket is to show off the material on the side, a mac would cover this but it could look very well if it was the same length as dress. Hard to know!?!

I am veering towards black shoes & clutch. Tanned legs. With gold & black jewelery . Hair down put off my face with a quiff. Smokey eyes all the way too!!

Fingers crossed dress comes in the morning !!!!!!!! :eek:
